Best place in the city for trainers to train their clients at, hands down! Also, Rick and Marc (the owners) are both an amazing guys !

Great modern, open gym floor... trainers, physical therapists, industry educators and clients are friendly, interactive and supportive.

Is there a way to put a 6th star on here? I've worked in the industry for 20 years. Never been in a place that combines top of the line equipment, cleanliness, and plethora of smiles like this SPOT! Most importantly; my clients love it!

As an independent trainer, I needed a nice place to take my clients that is convenient, affordable, is ran by a stand-up management team, and has all the equipment I need. Well, I found it here at Independent Training Spot. I love this place so much I want to advertise it as much as I can. I am only in the city 2 days a week but I have trained 6 clients here so far. Rick is a class act. Even though I can just leave at the drop of a dime, Rick treats me as if I have been there for years. His passion for his business, clients, and trainers makes for an overwhelmingly positive experience. I want to bring all my business here.

I've been a member for more than 2 years now! They provide clean facilities, equipment, a big variety of classes. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, trainers/instructors are fantastic and professional. The coffee/heathy bar is a big bonus for sure! They have great coffee and delicious protein shakes.

Been here since it opened. Me and my sister love training here. If you want to train hard. This is it!!!

Great place to privately train. Great equipment and everything is organized. The facility is always clean and everyone is friendly but serious about training. No feeling of judgement!

What an incredible space this is for training! Well done Rick!

I was visiting from out of town and got a kick butt workout while visiting. The place was outfitted with all that I needed. I do tend to be a workout voyeur and see what I can pick up from other trainers and the trainers that I had a chance to see take their clients through their paces were on point, safe and effective. Keep it up!

I came to nyc twice for my NASM related seminars. Rick and Aaron are great dudes. It takes lot to be engaging for a whole day. Thanks for your hard work. I will return for more workshops in the future.

Very clean and open space. Perfect spot for personal trainers and athletes to train in. State of the art equipment and super friendly environment. If I were close enough , I would be honored to train clients there?. Rick obviously takes A lot of pride in his gym and is genuinely a nice person. I highly recommend this training facility to anyone looking to train their client/athlete as well as clients and athletes looking for the perfect spot to be trained. Already in love with this place !

I eat out way too often and though I have several gym memberships I never go. If someone isn't instructing me on what to do and how to do things better it just won't work for me. I have had such bad luck finding such unprofessional personal trainers.
Finally I found an old friend from high school who is studying sports and training. He works out of several locations and gyms but this was the best fit for me. I am not extremely friendly and would prefer to just have a quite small space then to have to be bothered at a huge gym.

Location is great, they have showers, lockers and its normally pretty empty. Everyone there is working out with their own trainer. The equipment is new and great.

I think this is a great place for beginners and anyone trying to begin to live a healthier life style or even just trying to incorporate working out to our daily lives.
